Ngk 6 plugs, showing timing mark way down the apex, and getting speckled.
ATM 850 with annular boosters
Set up from ATM with:
35 nozzles
33 high speed bleeds
75 idle air bleeds
33 idle feed restrictions
6.5 power valve
.084/.099 jets.
950rpm warm idle
9" vacuum
13.0 afr
Rowing through gears normal acceleration 11.5 to 12.0 afr
Steady mph no load high 11s afr
19-20" vacuum cruising 1800 to 2000rpm
Easing into throttle to keep up with traffic, lean spike 16-18 afr, and detonation. Detonation will continue if I hold throttle in that position, but no lean spot if I blip throttle (like getting going from stop light easing off the clutch)
Wide open 10.7afr
Seems to me the transition slots Are running dry when barely tipping into throttle. I was going to change IFR and see, then IAB.. but I've been advised that I'm getting to the point of fucking the engine up. Only 40 miles on the new build and wayyyy too much idle time trying to fuck with things.
